A: Poured into a Feiden's tulip. Body is hazy light-yellow/khaki-ish with a 1+ finger foamy white head that retains well and leaves behind nice clumps of lace.
S: Not a strong nose, but a pleasant one: ripe peaches and modest citrus (grapefruit, orange peel/zest).
T: First impression: more bitter than expected. Think grapefruit and grapefruit pith. After a few sips, I get more stone fruits - think both peaches and slightly under-ripe plums.
M: A little thin in feel - and less juicy than expected for a NEIPA. Call it lighter-than-medium in heft.
O: Solid. A better NE-style IPA feel - i.e., more juicy - would improve it. But it's tasty and easy to drink.
