We are unbelievably proud and excited to finally introduce to you our latest innovation from the Category 12 Beer Lab, Epiphany; a mixed fermentation barrel-aged sour, three years in the making! The coalescence of years of experimentation with barrel-aging, Epiphany is a meticulous melange of subtle sour complexity. Our celebration of all things barrel-aged and tart is finally ready to emerge from our cellars, and we could not be more excited to share it with you!

T-mild tartness , bitter swallow

Ov-kinda disappointing , all in the swallow , gritty , no smoothness
