Visiting this brewery in downtown Wheeling with my wife on our mini vacation to Ogle Bay. Got this beer first. Served in an 8 oz stange style glass (I opted for the 8 oz pours spin could try several beera during my visit here). This beer is a very cloudy/hazy medium golden color with a small white head that's about 1/2 an inch thick before settling to practically nothing. Aromas of wheat, some bready malts along with fruity esters of banana along with hints of apple and plum along with a bit of clove. The tastebuds pretty much the same, with wheat and somewhat bready malts that give way to banana, hints of Apple and plum, and a nice clove spice bite. Slight hop bitterness to round the flavor profile off, but of course the hops here are more of an afterthought, as they should be. Has a crisp, yet smooth and slightly creamy, light to medium bodied mouthfeel with mild carbonation. Has a clean finish, and the sweet flavors linger nicely on my palate after each sip. Spot on for this style in pretty much every way. Very good.
