16oz can purchased at Nectar in Kendall Yards, Spokane, for $2.99. Canned on July 13, 2018. First Postdoc beer I've seen around here.
Poured into a shaker pint glass, this was a clear golden color, with a big, fluffy white head. Lots of lace.
Aroma was of crackery malts and a slight, tropical fruity hoppiness. I think the hops might've been a bit stronger in the nose at the time of canning.
Drinks not unlike a pilsener, with a slightly herbal citrus hoppiness that matches the maltiness, and finishes with a clean crispness.
Somewhere between light and medium bodied, with a crisp, clean mouthfeel.
Not a flavor bomb, but nice and extremely drinkable. I could hit this repeatedly. Glad to see Postdoc locally. My friend Esteban is pretty regularly consuming their beers at the source, so I know they make good beers.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
