A smooth American Stout coming in at 6.0% alcohol. Mashed at higher temperatures to provide a fuller body and mouthfeel. Chocolate malt and roasted barley impart a delicious roasted flavor with hints of coffee.

At the brewery in a 5 oz pour. Wow! Great smokey balance. Solid IBU in that it's just right. Just the right sweet, smoothness. Definitely up there as one of my favorite stouts. Music sucks though.

A- opaque black with minimal head but what head there is it is brown.
S- chocolate and coffee with hints of sweet cream/milk
F- a sweet milk stout start with backends of strong coffee and dark chocolate.
M- creamy and sweet. goes down smooth and the alcohol is well hidden
O- Molly pitcher hasnt been the best for beers that i like but this is a doozy and a nice one. I like it.

Sweet milk chocolate stout with dark roasted malt. Ample brown head and creamy mouthfeel. Definitely a sweet stout and the chocolate is not overbearing. Delicious.

More carbonated on the after feel than other stouts, and a more subtle taste. Makes it very drinkable. Solid stout. It's not your jam if you're looking for a heavy, coffee/chocolate stout.

I tried this at Molly Pitcher on tap, served chilled in a glass.
The color is dark almost black with head that drops to a ring. The smell has a strong roasted malt presence with mild chocolate malt scent and yeast that brings a slight raisin quality to the aroma. The feel is good with malt body in the medium full realm with medium carbonation and roasted texture throughout with low sweetness level and bitterness is mild.
The taste of this American stout is very good with a blend of roasted malt with slight yeast in the middl adding a dried fruit almost raisiny flavor with slight coffee-like roasted malt character mid palate. The flavor has a mild char-like quality in the finish which is mostly dry and alcohol is not apparent with roasty prune type taste lingering. Overall I consider this a good stout-the drinkability is excellent in that it is malt focused with slight yeast to add complexity, good with dry and drinkable mix not hoppy as some American Stouts can be.

Medium/Full body. Chocolatey. Fairly roasty, without astringency. Could stand a little more roast character to really put it over the top, but a very good beer as is.
