A traditional German Kolsch with a twist. Light in body, easy to drink and perfect for a hot summer day. With just a hint of lemon and lime, our Kolsch comes in at 4.5% alcohol. Low in bitterness with a slight malt character, the German Kolsch yeast strain provides a clean and crisp finish.

I tried this at the pub, served chilled on tap in a glass
The color is slightly hazed pale golden with white head with fine bead. The smell is good with light fruitiness and mild floral hop aroma. There is a hint of citrus in the aroma. The feel is very good with medium carbonation and light spice with dry finish that is lager-like.
The Kolsch is good with mild spicey andtangy yeast elements with a slight hop flavor with low malt sweetness and gentle yeast element in the taste. This is pretty ordinary, but good for the style-I would prefer a little more malt character and lest mustiness in the yeast but overall not a bad example, just above average drinkability-wise.

Very clean Kolsch. Crystal clear. Low esters. Didn't get the lemon/lime thing in this sample, which is okay with me, as that wouldn't be quite to style.
