Notes: Listed at 4.2% ABV with 37.5 IBUs. Brewed with fresh picked Sunny Brae hops - Cascade. Hazy gold body beneath a standard-sized head of white foam. Very good head retention and lacing. Limited aroma of floral & citrusy hops and lightly grainy malt. The flavor follows. The basic, lightly grainy malt is delicately sweetish, and threaded through with floral & citrusy hop notes. It has a median bitterness, and a smooth, dry finish. Medium-light in body and crisp. Nicely balanced and quaffable.
