Lots of raspberry here in color, aroma, and flavor, but I'm not sure that a strong saison with raspberries is the greatest combination in the world. Happy to have tried but wouldn't order again.

This is a strong dark saison with raspberries, on tap at Prison City Pub and Brewery in Auburn, NY.
This pours a dark-ish brown/red combo, with a small head, and not much lacing.
This smells like chocolate-covered raspberries in a way, with some clove and slight tartness.
There's a lot of raspberry here, it melds well with the chocolate maltiness from the dark saison. There's a little bit of clove, and a slightly tart sting on the finish. It's very tasty, but the raspberries do kind of black out the saison underneath. With some Brett and/or Lacto, I think this would truly reach some amazing heights.
This is medium bodied, fairly creamy, with a good level of carbonation.
This is a tasty beer. It's not perfect, but it's most definitely worth a try.
