Complex, refreshing and very approachable. Our saison evokes flavors of lemon, pear and sourdough bread with a crisp, peppery finish.

Clear straw colored pour with a big white head and lots of effervescent bubbles. Grainy aroma with a hint of lemon. Taste follows the now with lemon and yeast flavors upfront along with a hint of clove and banana.

Overall, a decent American version of a Saison. Very refreshing and simple in a good way. Pours a clear gold with medium white bubbles that fade fast. Smells of Saison yeast, mild earthy hops, and the faintest of funk, and follows in the flavor. Cheers!
