Clear dark rose with carnation loose froth. 4
Waxy yeast, cherry skins, + maybe a bit of barnyard. 4
Hint of grain, tart fruit hit, some herbs, slight yellow apple and some cheese rind. 3.75
Light, fizzy, crisp. 4
I got a problem saying “kriek” for a beer that’s not a lambic base. So, is this? I suspect not. Tart more than sour with some yeast character but not really any funk. Drinkable at 5.4% and flexible - tart enough but not too tart - but also overly simple. A brunch beer. 4
