Clear orangey-gold, with 1/2 finger of off-white head.
Smell is orange rind, tangerine, hint of pine, and light honey/malt. Smells like an old-school DIPA, but with a bit more fresh citrus, and no booziness.
Taste is orange rind, pine, and slight malt sweetness. Similar to aroma, but drier, as might be expected with a lower abv.
Feel is light, but not watery, with moderate very fine carbonation, and a dry finish.
Overall, it is essentially a session version of old-school IPAs, or DIPAs. A nice take on session IPA. I think the little bit of fresh citrus flavor makes the difference, especially as it's tangerine, rather than grapefruit. (I do like the straight-up-grapefruit-juice types, but......) I'd grab a 12pk or 15 pk if I saw it.
