This American version of a German classic wheat beer is unfiltered resulting in its turbid appearance. A light malt body with a mild yeasty flavor and a cloudy, golden color makes this beer refreshing and satisfying.

120z can poured into a tulip. The look is a mild yellow. The smell is nothing special, something akin to a coors light. It has a heavy head and is very frothy. The taste is nothing special, similar to the smell. The feel is the one redeeming factor that brings this beer back from the brink of total trash. Overall I wouldn't buy this again most likely but maybe if it was on tap it would be a bit better.

I had two of these just to make sure it wasn't a bunk one. Pours a colour like Gatorade fruit punch mixed with thunderbird. The Gatorade powder mix. Smells sweet. Tastes really sweet. Sickly sweet. No rounded flavor from the wheat. What malt? Bad beer.

Poured from can into a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a hazy orange amber color with a billowy head of pure white foam. The head has a moderate level of retention, with it fading to leave a good level of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma of the beer is huge of a yeasty aroma mixed with some wheaty smells and a little bit of a orange smell. Along with this is just a hint of some pepper spice.
Taste – The taste begins with some light orange fruit flavors and a big yeasty taste. The taste begins very smooth and bready as well with it becoming much more wheaty and a bit more grainy in nature as the taste moves onto the end. Some lighter spice flavors of coriander and lemongrass comes to the tongue at the very end as well. The spice remains relatively light overall just adding a hint of spice flavor to the brew. With the orange gaining more strength in the end a very pleasant lightly spiced and slightly sweeter Hefe flavor is left to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the beer is on the average side in terms of thickness and creaminess with a carbonation level that is on the higher side. Both are great for the mix of orange, wheat and yeasty tastes of the Hefe all while making for a very easy drinking brew.
Overall – A quite tasty Hefe. This is a great go to brew that is perfect for summer weather. Very enjoyable and easy drinking.

I had this beer on-tap at the brewery and also brought home a growler full for the rest of the night.
A: The look of this beer just screams delicious. The overall cloudy very light gold almost yellow complexion was very indicative of a normal hef also the head was average starting out fairly strong about a finger and a half tall and not real thick.
S: The smell really didn't give any hint to the taste as with most other beers, but it did have the average hef smell although it didn't have much of any clove spice aroma.
T: As i've been alluding to, the flavor of this beer is not that of a typical hefeweizen, in my book, but it is great tasting. It is light and easy to drink. There is a nice lemon flavor with the traditional wheat flavor but the wheat flavor is much lighter than most hef's making this beer almost taste just like a light belgian white.
M: Has a creaminess to it but very light and easy drinking.
O: Overall this hefeweizen is like no other hefeweizen that i've tried and it is lighter, easier to drink, and probably a good hefeweizen to introduce someone to the style in a light manor. Great beer that I will be purchasing again soon.

Poured into a pint glass at the tasting room in at the Bozeman Brewery back in Feb.
Pours ever so slightly hazy golden. Barely any head at all.
Smells. Not much going on. Wheaty, I suppose. Almost like a Pilsner.
Taste follows the smell. A bit of wheat and alcohol, and a very weak orange and coriander and that is it.
This beer is about a half step up from a Budweiser Select.I left the glass almost full. Not worth my time. For local beers the Beltian White is a magnitude better.
