The Third Virtue cuts through the south wall of Hidden Gully in the Bridger Mountains. A north facing, steep, technical shot that drops into a narrow chute depositing you in the gut of Hidden Gully where you will be met by copious amounts of powder. The name is both a nod towards the monastic origins of the style and our own affinity for deep gnarlyness. The Third Cardinal Virtue is Fortitude, something which will be needed when drinking the beer or riding the line!

Taster at brewery. Medium, cloudy golden, small ring of head. Buttery, yeasty aroma. Taste is spot on for the style, sourdough, yeast, light savory accents.

Thanks Jay for the can!
It pours a yellow gold, hazy, good head of foam that sticks around, lacing is good.
In the smell I get cloves, coriander, light banana, candi sugar sweetness.
The taste is of light bananas, coriander is substantial, cloves, candi sugar is here but not like in the smell. It's 35 IBUs but I get very little bitterness. The alcohol is held in check pretty well.
Bananas are starting to be more bold as the session continues.
Mouthfeel is a full medium, if that makes sense, carbonation is not overly bubbly.
Tasty Tripel.

12 oz can poured into a nonic pint. No discernible canned date.
A: Small tiny bubbled white head that didn't stick around long. Body is a slightly hazy gold almost amber in color.
S: bananas, clove, a little bubble gum, and almost some light butterscotch.
T: Lots of mellow banana and clive with a little coriander and then it envelops your tongue and comes back stronger with the banana and clove.
M: Fuller body with some alcohol slickness with decent carbonation coats the tongue.
O: It's not bad at all. Alcohol is really well hidden, nice carbonation smooth well melded flavors. Pretty well put together beer.
