Many thx to muchloveforhops3 for this can!

Canned on: 12-14-22

A - Pours a nice deep amber color with a dense, two finger thick head that cements to the sides of the glass. Carbonation is light and steady.

S - Doughy, biscuity caramel malt with resiny pine. Overall, more malt forward than anything.

T - Follows the nose: Nice caramel doughy malt base from start to finish with the addition of resiny pine, a little bit of citrus, and a whole lotta booze on the initial sips. Ends with an assertive sticky pine bite to knock down some of the sugary malt base, nice lingering balanced bitterness after the sip.

M - Big medium body with gentle carbonation on the tongue.

O - This is a really notable Imperial Amber Red and one worth checking out for sure!

Served on tap in pint glass
Appearance - The beer is served a dark copper color with a tiny white head. The head fades super fast to leave a little bit of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell - The aroma of the brew is big of a sweeter caramel and malty smell mixed with a little bit of roasted aroma. Some lighter notes of pine and earth are there as well producing a nice aroma overall.
Taste- The taste Begins with a sweet caramel and roasted malt taste that has a little bit of pine and grapefruit hop. As the taste advances some light dark fruit tastes of cherry and raisin come to the tongue along with an increase in the pine. Some herbal hop joins in as well, and with a hit of warming alcohol, one is left with a nice warming taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel- The body of the brew is thick with a carbonation level that is lower. For the rich sweeter and malty taste s as well as the booze the feel is good and makes for a nice slow sipper.
Overall - A nice imperial amber!! Warming and smooth!!

Amber body with huge white head and a mess of sticky lacing.

Malt bomb, for sure, but super hoppy. Really, really stupidly hoppy. Pine and citrus daisy cutters, destroy the palate. High carbonation.

Very good!
