This classic Maibock is brewed to celebrate the beginning of spring and the re-awakening of our 182 solar panels. We used American and European ingredients to create this super brew that is light in color, rich and malty flavor with enough hops to create balance. This solar powered lager has quite the kick. Cheers!

P dark orange/amber with a hearty 1-2f off-white head; recedes quickly; looks good
N medium; sharp fruity and grassy notes over lightly bready malts; light sweetness
T follows nose with some bubblegum in the mix as well; an abundance of of sweet fruits come out as warms- white grape and white peach; a hearty toasted malt body supports; quite tasty
Mf med-full bodied w/ med carb; creamy; satisfying
O an enjoyable maibock- delicious with a great mouthfeel; happy I grabbed it!

Clear light amber body with small white head.
Flavors are.... subtle, which is the exact opposite of what I was expecting. Slight pine followed by sweet malt. They balance each other out enough to cancel each other out. Carbonation is medium light.
It’s not bad, and very sessionable, but.... nothing about it is great. I wish I could just know if it’s an old batch or whatever but no best by or born on date.
