Opens with a resounding pop! Pours a very effervescent Rose' color with a thumb+ of rocky pinkish head. Bottle drain clouds the beer considerably, some head retention & lacing
S: Grassy, limey, stays strong throughout the sample
T: Follows the nose, some salt as well up front, along with dryness. More lime and salt as this warms, a slight bitter edge from the black currant, hardly noticeable, some tartness as well. Finishes tart with lime and saltyness
MF: Light bodied, delicate carbonation
On point for the style, pretty darn drinkable
