12.7 ounce bottle into a pilsner glass.
Pours an opaque pink ruby color with a finger of bubbly pinkish white head. The head is gone in a hurry and leaves no lacing before settling into a thin ring.
The aroma is a touch herbal, before a wave of dark cherries, raspberries, and black currant. There's even a bit of strawberry. Definitely what you'd expect from the style.
The flavor definitely brings some lactic acid as you'd expect, but the sourness is hardly overpowering. Lots of cherries and raspberries, with a pinch of Himalayan salt. Very well done.
The feel is a bit thick for the style, having a creamy, medium body. The carbonation is on point, very effervescent and crisp. The tart character is like a blanket being slowly pulled over your palate.
Overall, I think this is a great fruited gose. It hits all the notes you expect from the style, and definitely comes as advertised on the bottle. Fruity, subtly sweet, modestly tart with just a dash of salinity.
