This quick sour was brewed in the Gose tradition with Indian Coriander, Himalayan Pink Salt and a small amount of Tettnang hops. A large dose of Blackberry was added at the end of the fermentation to lend a slightly sweet, yet well-rounded fruit flavor. The end result is an effervescent, refreshing beer for any time of year.

A: The beer is very hazy reddish purple in color. It poured with a quarter finger high pink head that gradually died down, leaving small pillows of bubbles on the surface and a wide collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Faint aromas of lactobacillus and salt are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has additional notes of blackberry. There is a light amount of sourness.
M: It feels a bit more than light-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I liked how this gose wasn't overly salty or sour and you could still taste these flavors in front of the blackberries.
