This barrel aged saison spent 16 months in the Bozeman Underground in a combination of French and American oak barrels. During a long and slow secondary fermentation with multiple Brettanomyces strains, the beer developed the perfect character. Oaky, earthy, fruity, and spicy flavors make this a complex and refreshing experience.
