500ml pour at Bistro Stu Mostow in Wroclaw.
Pours clear golden, creamy, dense head, lots of carbonation. Smell is grain, bread yeast, grass, lemon zest. Taste is light, crisp, grain and bread dominant, grass and lemon batting cleanup. Mouthfeel is light, airy, very effervescent. Nice beer.

Pour an almost clear golden color with a medium sized, bubbly head.
Smells of wet grass, rich hay and a note of caramel among salted crackers.
Has a light and refreshing mouthfeel, featuring a light bodied beer among a well carbonated, slightly mineralic effervescence.
Tastes of matured, herbal hops which provide a decent dryness while inviting straw, toffee and a lighter rusticness to the palate. Offers a little more toffee then with an intriguing interplay between the mineralic carbonation and gentle hop dryness, resulting in an utmost refreshing crispness. Finishes light, with a lingering hop dryness and malt rusticness, showcasing toasted grains among bread dough.
This is a perfect Helles in so many ways. This drinks easy and refreshing, brings a notable hop punch to the tongue and a perfectly well working malt and grain backbone, which is able to ensure a very enjoyable balance throughout.
