An award-winning recipe from Polish homebrewer Łukasz Kantor, which combines classic Belgian finesse with modern freshness. Mistrzowski Table Saison is light and fruity, with notes of peach, apricot and black pepper. The dry finish and lively carbonation make it refreshing and complex at the same time - perfect as an accompaniment to a good meal.

Copenhagen 3/5 2026, 50 cl bottle from A Good Case web-shop. Stu Moscow's weird face-like label design in yellow and orange. Boasting a Grand Championship of 2025.
Pours unclear golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable and fluffy. Settles as a 1 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a light sweet malty for mingling with a pronounced citrus and tart scent. Sweet pale mats and peach. Tart citrus and lemon. A little sharp and dry.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, soft, watery, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger tart bitterness. Aftertaste is tart and a little citric. Lingers for a bit. Finish is quite dry.
Fine tart beer for food.
