Can: Poured a clear yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of rustic malt with light peppery notes and floral ester. Taste is a mix of floral malt notes with some rustic malt and peppery yeast notes and dry finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable saison with nice peppery yeast finish.
