On tap at the brewery taproom in Johnson City.
Pours with a dark amber body and a decent white head.
Aroma: baked peaches and peach jam with some pepper and baked bread.
The flavor largely follows but with some heat form the more pronounced habanero addition. Moderate pepper heat that works well with the peppery-peach flavor.
Feel: Medium body and medium-light carbonation.
Overall: recommended, especially (and only) if you like raspberries.
