11.2oz bottle with no date visible. Opened 5-24-20.
1/4" tan head drops to a ring quickly. Dark brown with amber edges.
Big bourbon boozy nose, blueberries are up front as well. Wood.
Chocolate and some vanilla barrel character as it warms. Licorice and dark fruit.
Rich roasted malt, bourbon, chocolate, and tart blueberry. This is the best of the series I've tried so far.
Barrel flavors of booze, vanilla and maybe coconut are detectable.
Well integrated, rich flavors and all the advertised flavors are present and accounted for.
Between medium and full body, smooth mouthfeel. Rich and long semi-sweet finish.
Very Good.
