11.2oz bottle aged 18 months in Buffalo Trace Bourbon barrels. Bottled late 2019 (?) and opened 2-6-21.
1/4" sand colored head with zero retention...fades to a ring quickly.
Dark brown with limited visibility. No lacing.
Getting all components in the nose, chocolate, hazelnut, and boozy bourbon - caramel, vanilla.
Chocolate, booze, vanilla, dark fruit, nutty/hazelnut
Medium body, low carbonation, with a slick mouthfeel. Lengthy, smooth boozy semi-sweet finish.
Favorite of the series so far, still have Cinnamon Roll, Salted Caramel and S'mores to go.
Very Good.
