Served in a stemless wine glass
This beer pours pale yellow and hazy. It is topped with an inch of beige head that leaves little lacing.
Huge passionfruit aroma. The lime seems to be more of a complementary smell.
Passionfruit once again leads the way. The tartness is mouth puckering. The lime adds to the finish.
Medium bodied with a dry mouthfeel
This was the best beer of my flight at the brewery by a lot. I had to get a four pack. I am very happy with it even though it was $22. I'd venture to say it is worth it. Delicious kettle sour.
