Big foam in the tall Pilsner glass. Brewed with Hallertau Blanc hops and grape must. Bubbly and sharp but the carbonation diminishes after the foam goes. Pleasing fruity smell of melon and white wine.
The flavor is so distinctive. I'd call it perfumey. The Belgian yeasty flavor is intense, along with the truly weird fruity stuff. It doesn't taste so much like grapes as bubble gum with dried pears and pencil shavings. Not my favorite. From the 16 oz can purchased at Barons Market.
