Taste: fresh garden cucumber, slight black pepper, mellow finish. Fermented herbal yeast nose. Pale golden hue, mainly unfiltered, with a thin head and lace from taster glass. Medium/light body.

Tasted in a snifter from draft at the Noon Whistle Brewing tap room on September 7, 2017. I am torn. This is a nice tasting vegetable beer. However, it does not taste like a saison at all.

Cucumber beers seem to be a love or hate thing, fortunately I've enjoyed most that I've tried.
If I wasn't told this was a saison, I'd be hard pressed to identify any saison characteristics. As a "vegetable beer" though, it's pretty solid.
Bright gold, white foam, looks fairly typical for a number of beer styles.
Aroma is big on the cucumber, earthy and vegetal, fresh produce.
Tastes lightly bitter and vegetal, fresh cucumber, dry earthy root vegetable aftertaste.
Light bodied, light carbonation level. Overall it was enjoyable and I'd drink it again.
