On tap at Noon Whistle.
A: light pinkish tint to a golden background. Small amount of head but it lingered for quite a while.
S: the aroma is slightly earthy with the noticeable cranberry and just a hint of mint.
T: cranberry and grass with a touch of earthiness, but the mint hits you in the center and back of the tongue and it slowly fades as the most lingering element.
M: spot on for the style, light, refreshing, with nice carbonation.
O: could use a bit more cranberry but a very interesting take on the style, an enjoyable Saison.
