A very solid Saigon with a good Citra hop kick (but not overwhelming)

On tap at Noon Whistle
A: golden in hue slightly cloudy/hazy. Nice clear white foamy head with decent retention.
S: nice amount of citrus with a touch of pepper and clove.
T: nice Citra notes, IBU is only 23 but it is nicely balanced with the spiceiness from the yeast, neither has element is overpowering, this could be interesting with a touch of grapefruit added
M: spot on for the style, light and refreshing, good carbonation.
O: a really nice session beer and the Citra addition is a nice change from their regular Lilacia.
