Growler into a pint glass
A - Moderate pour produces a 2 finger high neon white head that dissipates very slowly and is a thick froth in appearance. The beer itself is cloudy and straw colored, reminding a bit of grapefruit juice (not the ruby red kind) or lemon juice. Moderate to high carbonation is visible with small bubbles racing towards the surface. 4.25/5
S - Hop centric aroma with a bit of a sweet backbone. Tangerine, grapefruit, and pineapple all come through very strongly. Sourdough bread and lemon juice acts as a backbone for the tropical fruits to work off of. Very pleasant and fruity aroma with an appropriate amount of malt mixed in. 4/5
T - Sweetness is mainly made up of the hop fruitiness with a light tangerine note, grapefruit, and pineapple all leading off the profile. Light bready undertone acts as a backbone for the hops along with light cereal grains. There is a bit of banana and clove as well which is a nice offset to the hops. Lemon rind begins to come through during the back half along with a bit of bitterness but it is not overpowering. Light lingering bitterness on the back end. 4/5
M - Light and crisp throughout with only a carbonation tickle instead of a burn. Light to moderate drying on the back end with a lingering dryness. Light to medium bodied in stature. 4/5
O - Well balanced between sweet and bitter and also highly sessionable due to its lighter abv and body. The sweetness reigns the bitterness in nicely with plenty of hop bitterness for the hop heads. Very flavorful. 4/5
