sturdy, juicy, and good, my first from these guys, on draft at the source on a chill weeknight in here, was stoked to post up! this is immediately very pale, quite hazy yes, but whitewashed looking, less orange tint to it than most, average white head from the tap, some definite body but not super gloopy or anything. very dry hoppy nose, juice forward, pineapple side of mosaic right away, but also that spicy element from the azacca, i get a little less of the el dorado this is also done with, but i think all three varietals contribute a lot, it smells fresh, ever so slightly yeasty, high saturation but not green, lightly lemony and weedy too, starchy and pale and basic on the grain side, but good balance as the style goes, certainly low bitterness, maybe a kiwi fruit note, somewhat southern hemisphere even for these varietals, white coconut, yum. the flavor is great too, its all hops as the grains stays way back, more texture than flavor there from it, the hops hit with honeydew, canned pineapple, and green table grapes, a little white wine to it, very bright and new, lovely really, and the bitterness is indeed very low. it has some rawness on the grain side, which i dont dislike in these, its fluffy and smoothed out, and hides is strength well too. carbonation is lacking a little bit, and that does heavy it up, but this has nice mouthfeel anyway, long and silky, slow hop fade after each sip, no harshness at all despite the intensity. quite good overall, i was pretty stoked on the beers we had in here, so many breweries and cool bars in this little strip, rad part of town!

I disagree with previous ratings. This is a fantastic NEIPA. Traveled to Vegas from this Midwest and this would compete with the best. Only imperfection is the nose, it just does t pack a lot of smell.

Tasted on tap at the brewery.

Good looking hazy IPA; milky straw color with decent white head. Strong pine and tropical fruit nose, leaning to pine. Pine and tropical fruit punch in the flavor. No malt, other than a bit of undefined sweetness that finishes after the strong hops bitterness. Mid-palate has a strong herbal note that detracts. Chewy mouthfeel with a creaminess that the low carbonation contributes to. Moderate alcohol presence. Overall a good NEIPA, but not among the best I’ve had.
