7/18/25 - (Hop Nuts Brewery) (Las Vegas, Nevada) Brewery Notes: $9 plus tax 16 oz draft pour, 10.5% ABV Triple IPA.
Appearance: 16 oz draft in a shaker pint glass pour yields a bronze golden base, bright white head and generous thin lacing and full cover over the base. Sustained slow carbonation. 4.25
Aroma: Citrus and pine, sweet but not to, medium to full strength. 4.25
Taste: Citrus and pine strong, and pleasant malt sweet but not too, especially for a triple. Excellent. 4.5
Mouthfeel: Bitter, full creamy slightly resinous body, beer hits you, but still feels less than the high ABV. Nice citrus linger. 4.75
Overall: This is a great triple. I typically don’t go for triples, but like most Hop Nut beers, this is great. I’d take this over a Pliny the Younger. It’s excellent 4.5
