16 ounce draft pour into a shaker pint at the brewery.
L: Deep red/amber, very clear, thin off white head has medium retention.
S: Not much aroma, to open, light caramel malt, ale yeast fruity esters and hints of bacon come later in the glass.
T: Caramel malt with a touch of peppery heat, green pepper/jalapeño flavor stand out at finish, hints of smoke, pepper heat seems to cover any hop flavor.
F: Medium body, fairly crisp, mild capsaicin heat on the tongue, small underlying creamy feel.
O: Nice beer, good pepper flavor and a little heat.

This is a fun beer. Defiantly something you wanna try at least once. Interesting flavors with bacon chipotle.
