A rich American milk stout brewed in collaboration with our friends at Morais Vineyards. Dark Cherry Moo has notes of dark chocolate and cherries. The flavor is sweet and the finish is smooth.

12 ounce draft pour into a snifter at the brewery.
L: Small tan head over a dark brown crude oil-like pour.
S: Lactose, dried fruit, sour cherries and roasted malt.
T: Very sweet beginning, but surprisingly dries enough for non-cloying pleasant finish, milk stout lactose flavor, chocolate and roasted malt, getting lots of dried cherries and chocolate flavor.
F: Medium-full creamy soft feel, low carbonation.
O: Very good, manages to be highly sweet and flavorful without becoming a syrupy cloying mess, I had 2 pours, well done!
