Bright clear, yellow in the pint glass with steady carbonation and a sparse white head and a bit of lacing.
Aroma is sharp with sage, pine and citrus but little malt for balance.
Flavor follows with sharp and acidic hop bite from front to back and not a lot of malt / residual sugars to even things out.
Body is on the light side of medium, the finish is clean and bitter, very drinkable if a bit uninteresting.
Highly attenuated and one note on flavor but not a citrus bomb so better than a hazy mess most call by 3 inappropriate letters these days.

A light orange color on the pour with amber highlights and a big fluffy white head of foam. Semi-clarity and some nice lacing on the glass. A decent nose with hops and citrus fruit. A rather dry start upfront on the initial few sips. Subtle tangy and citrus hops carried over from the nose build the more I consume. Clean flowing with a good bitter finish. This seems to have pretty nice balance between the hops and malt. A light/moderate mouth feel. Full flavors but still very drinkable. Notes of orange, lemon, grapefruit but also a touch of resin.
Overall, this isn't that bad at all. Very drinkable with good balance.

On-tap at Waterfront Ale House, New York, NY
A: The beer is crystal clear yellow in color and has no visible carbonation. It poured with a finger high frothy white head that died down and consistently left a short head covering the surface and a coating of bubbles down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of citrusy hops are present in the nose—oranges seem to stand out in particular.
T: The taste follows the smell and is citrusy with additional notes of fruits such as apples. There is a light to moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation. It seems to get crisper as the beer warms up.
O: This IPA has an interesting mix of fruity flavors. It almost tastes like an orchard.
Serving type: on-tap
