16oz can, adhesive label. Bottom stamp is 'CANNED ON 01/24/25'.
Black colored body. Thin egg shell white colored head with the pour becomes an island and a high reaching ring. Leaves behind some scattered lacing spots.
Aroma of chocolate fudge, coffee, and coconut.
Taste is intensely sweet but also with a heavy dark roast coffee presence. Flavors of fudge chocolate early and then the dark roast coffee takes over. The coconut adds some sweetness. Aftertaste tends to get back to a balance of sweet and roasty flavors.
More than medium mouthfeel. Noticeable stickiness. Bitterness is low, except for what comes from the dark roast coffee. Higher ABV% is well hidden within the sweetness, but felt with a warmth. Good carbonation.
Very strong dark roast coffee flavor swirled in with a very sweet chocolate fudge and coconut blend. Quite intense in all flavor aspects.

Can dated 01/08/21 into a tulip glass.

L: Jet black with 1+ finger of khaki head with good retention and settles to a near permanent ring at the edge of the glass, but leaves no lacing.

S: Pleasant nose, chocolate and hazelnut in the lead, coffee and coconut as accents.

T: Follows the nose but with much greater coffee prominence. Loved it, has sweet elements without being sickenly sweet. Finishes with medium bitterness, lingers pleasantly on the palate.

F: Medium bodied with medium carbonation, oily on the tongue with subtle tingling from the carbonation, slick on the swallow.

O: Really nice coffee stout with some accents that have the sweetness held in check. Hope this gets brewed again as I really enjoyed it!.
