On-tap at Carillon Brewing Co., Dayton, OH
A: The beer is hazy yellow in color and has a light to moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high off white head that left a collar around the edge of the glass and a patch of bubbles on the surface.
S: Light aromas of squash are present in the nose along with notes of brown sugar.
T: The taste has flavors of squash along with hints of brown sugar.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I found the aromas and flavors of squash in this beer to be interesting, although I didn't really get any of the cinnamon spices.
