L:. Pours a very hazy light pink almost grapefruit color with a small white head and no lacing. Not a super great looking beer.
S:. Fresh prickly pink Guava, a light sour and tartness, sweet and a bit reminiscent of ice cream or sorbet.
T:. Fresh pink Guava, a light tartness and a light sour, followed by some lactose that makes somewhat similar to sorbet, however it is all a little one note.
F:. Medium body, smooth carbonation.
O:. Not a bad beer but it does all seem a little one note.
