This was really yummy, crisp and refreshing, it was one of the first few craft beers I tried so my experience was limited, I grew to not like a good bit of this places offerings but I remember this one fondly

L - transparency in the flesh. A little initial head. Absolutely zero lacong.
S- citric lemon bread and crackers.
T- a let down for this ABV. This should be a lot more flavorful. A let down. Like another hackneyed attempt at an Italian Pils. Eh..
M - ok but nothing exciting g. Dry amd crisp but lacking any impression.
O - glad to try it but a rather OK beer.

16oz can with no freshness dating on it. Opened 8-21-20.
6th Anniversary beer, released 3 weeks ago.
1 finger white head, medium bead - fairly dense with good staying power. Settles in as a solid cap for the duration.
Golden straw color with good clarity. Light, wispy lacing.
Lemony herbal hop aroma. A tad floral with a light touch of bready pilsner coming through.
Bready and sweet malt flavor up front. Lemongrass hop notes, somewhat zesty and floral.
Medium body and carbonation. Not quite crisp mouthfeel. Nice flavorful, dry finish with a mild but lingering bitterness.
Good drinkability.
Very Good.
