This one pours a dark-ish amber color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like generically sweet malty and bready Oktoberfest, with a touch of hop character.
This isn’t bad by any means, but it tastes pretty much just like any generic heavy handed American marzen example – like Sam Adams Oktoberfest but driven up a few notches.
This is creamy, but a little heavy for the style, with a decent enough drinkability.
This is certainly not the best example of the style. I didn’t hate it, but I don’t need it again.
