Tis’ the season and we are super excited about our newest seasonal. Light red in color, low bitterness, and a mild kilned caramel flavor.

On tap at Knucklehead Craft Brewing in Webster, NY.
This one pours a dark-ish red color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells lightly caramelly, with some nice toastiness as well.
This is done pretty well – straightforward, basic, but goes down very easy. There’s a light caramel sweetness, a pleasanty toasty and bready malt backbone, and very little hop bitterness.
This is lighter bodied, but slightly creamy, and very drinkable.
This tastes exactly like you’d expect the style to taste.
