On tap at Swiftwater Brewing Company in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a golden yellow-ish orange, with a half inch head, and a bit of lacing.
Smells like dirty funk, with a tiny bit of winey Nelson hops, and some citrus.
This is not too bad. The Brett-y funk is definitely bigger on the nose than in the taste. There's lot of citrus here, with some mild clove. It's somewhat simple but tastes fairly good.
This is lighter bodied, with a crisp mouthfeel.
This was the best from my recent trip to Swiftwater, but I still definitely wished for a bit more funk to spice things up.
