Tasted on tap at the taproom/brasserie in Raleigh, NC. Like all the beers I had that night, this was well-crafted, with ingredients and characteristics that would be found in original Belgian examples.
Head was disappointing and the carbonation a bit light for the style, but no other complaints. The aroma was a special standout for me, with herbal hops and black pepper that I found very true to the style.

Enjoyable saison with some earthy notes. Dry, slightly tart.
