Pours a monster not-quite-out-of-control head, even with a gentle hand. Soapy looking head settle straight away to a partial film, no lace. Mostly malty, tending towards sweet. A little metal like you can get from some wheats - spelt is the grain in this case. A bit of creaminess as the brewer suggests, but that gives the beer a somewhat heavy mouthfeel. Some grassy hops, finishes up with a puffy dryness. Grassy hops and sweet malts on the nose. Just doesn't click for me, too common, macro-ish in character.
