Bottle # 196 / 1200 packaged May 2020
A: Pours a hazy yellow-orange color with 2 fingers of head that slowly fades down to a nice cap that leaves good lacing
S: Citrus, habanero, and some earthiness up front along with some lighter floral notes
T: Follows the nose. Starts off with the citrusy and floral hops along with some habanero heat. Spice/heat steady throughout but never overwhelming. Lightly bitter. Finishes with lingering lemon and habanero
M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Very smooth from the lactose
O: A great habanero DIPA that is extremely easy to drink, especially at 8.9%. Nice heat along with the hops make this a treat. Definitely worth checking out

16.9oz bottle. Poured out a slightly cloudy, golden orange color with a small, off-white head of bubbly foam. It smelled of toasted caramel, habanero and tart lemon peel. Great balanced taste of sweet caramel, spicy habanero heat and tart, zippy lemon. Really fun IPA!
