A: Pours a deep ruby red color with 2 fingers of head that quickly fades down to almost nothing
S: Sweet cherries, light tartness, light graham cracker, and lactose
T: Follows the nose. Starts off with a mix of sweet cherries, a bit of tartness, and some lactose and marshmallow sweetness. Picks up the graham cracker and some vanilla towards the end. Finishes with lingering tartness, cherries, and graham cracker
M: Medium bodied with low-moderate carbonation. A bit thicker from the lactose, marshmallow, and graham crackers
O: A solid fruited Berliner that mimics a cherry fruit pie nicely. Not super sweet and not super tart, a really nice balance. Makes for a good dessert beer. Worth checking out
