Pours mostly clear golden, white fizzy head dissipates to nothing.
Aroma of citrus, grape, cherry, and cracker malts.
Flavor is of tart citrus and cherry notes over a mild grassy and crackery maltiness. Hints of floral notes.
Medium body, stinging carbonation on the tongue.
This is a very pleasant and not overly sour wild ale. Drinks very easy and smooth. I wish the cherry was a little more pronounced but otherwise nothing to complain about. I would definitely have this again.
