From the brewer: Raspberry is the predominant flavor, but the mild sweetness of the fruit is balanced with tartness of the wheat malt.
The most subtle of red hues on the darker amber color. Cloudy. Small but lasting head.
Sweet nose almost like candy. Jelly like. Raspberry jello, perhaps?
Lots of raspberries. Lots of sweetness. Little wheat. Might be good with ice cream or as a dessert beer.
