From the brewer: It's light-bodied with lovely fruit notes both from a modest hop profile and the natural fruitiness of the Belgian yeast.
Golden color and nearly clear. Small head, no lace.
Golden malt aroma with a touch of Belgian yeast.
Mostly malty with a semisweet flavoring. The Belgian yeast provides the balance. Lots of spritz but with an equally high body level. Yeasty and hoppy finish.
